The Scroggins Award for best student media in the South is open to all SIPA members. You must be a member by the time you send your entry on November 1, 2025.

Please submit one entry form per media.

Broadcast programs should enter two programs (links). Links must be hosted online. Entries that are files are not accepted. Programs published between March 1 and November 1, 2025 will be accepted. 

Literary-arts magazines should enter the most recent issue - if you publish a physical magazine, you should mail or ship the most recent edition to the address below by the postmark deadline of November 1, 2025, Literary-arts magazines that publish only online may submit a link or PDF.

Newspapers and news magzines should enter three issues - mail these by the postmark deadline of November 1, 2025, to the address below. Issues published between March 1 and November 1, 2025 will be accepted. 

Online news should enter the link to your website no later than November 1, 2025. News published between March 1 and November 1, 2025 will be accepted. 

Yearbooks should mail or ship the most recent edition by the postmark deadline of November 1, 2025 to the address below.
