    Our goal is to help physician assistants and nurse practitioners get through school, excel during rotations, and pass the boards.

    Once in practice, we help mentor those in primary care and/or in the emergency department. We want to ensure we can provide guidance to help clinicians stay up to date, practice evidence based medicine, and help provide quality patient care.

    We are currently looking to fill the position of Schedule Coordinator.

    Your goal will be to:

    • Engage with prospects acrross multiple Social Media Platforms: FB, IG, Youtube, etc...
    • Qualify prospects: ensure they are the right type of customer for our programs.
    • Book appointments for qualified prospects for program advisement team

    This position will require you to engage with prospects via phone call, text, & DM. 

    At times there will be hundreds of potential clients, to whom you will have to determine if they fall within the parameters of a "quality lead".

    After the quality of the lead is verified you will then book their appointment with a program advisor and pass them along to the other members on our team.

    Therefore, organizational skills and the ability to learn how to use new software is a must.

    This is a full time position, weekends required 8 am - 5 pm PST  (1 hour lunch) .

    Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 (with room to grow)
    Benefits: Medical (PPO), Dental, Vision.

    Previous experience in this field is not required. Any experience is a plus. We'll provide all necessary training.

    The job can be done remote (from home), however, we do require in person meetings once a week to our office (Torrance, CA).

    This is a non-clinical role and knowledge of medicine is absolutely not necessary.
