Please complete this form individually for each child you would like to enroll. Sibling discounts are not available.

Trinity’s Summer Program is open to children age 2 (by June 1, 2022) through children entering 2nd Grade in the Fall of 2022.

Children who are not current Trinity Episcopal School students must supply their birth certificate, immunization records, and state-mandated forms to the Beginning School Office to receive full consideration. Drop-In Care is available on a weekly basis. Please indicate which week(s) you would like your child to attend. Note that you must choose a week(s) between June 6-July 29. Drop-in Care is offered based on availability and must be approved. First priority is given to families currently enrolled in Summer Camp Sessions I & II. *Remember there is no camp the week of July 4-8!

ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

I understand that Trinity’s Summer Program is open to children age 2 (by June 1, 2022) through children entering 2nd Grade in the Fall of 2022. Enrollment in this program is for the entire duration of the program or for one session as indicated. Children who are not Trinity Episcopal School students must supply a birth certificate and immunization records to receive full consideration.

In consideration of the acceptance of this reservation by Trinity Episcopal School, the undersigned agrees to pay the required fees. I understand that as the parent/guardian financially responsible for the student, I am obligated to pay the full charges for the option I choose for my child, as indicated below. Fees should be paid in full upon enrollment or by the start of each Session. I understand that in signing this Enrollment Agreement for the Summer Camp, I agree to accept the rules and regulations of Trinity Episcopal School as stated in the current handbook, which can be accessed at www.tesgalv.org.
SUMMER CAMP ENROLLMENT FEE: There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $100.00 that must accompany this agreement to reserve a space.

SUMMER CAMP TUITION: We accept Summer Session tuition payment via check to Trinity Episcopal School, delivered to the Beginning School Office. Your Summer Session payment is due in full on or before the first day of camp. Please note your child's name and session on the check.
ACTIVITIES FEE: An $80.00 activities fee applies to all students, and is due in full on the first day of camp. This fee covers the cost of field trips and special activities.
* NOTE: A $5.00 per minute fee is charged for children picked up after 5:00 pm. No exceptions. *
