Cancellation Policy
Filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment. Once an appointment is requested a credit card will need to be placed onfile to reserve the appointment.
48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment and avoid cancellation fees.
There is a 25% cancellation fee incurred for last minute cancellations/reschedule requests with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
A 50% cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
There is a 100% No Show Fee for any appointments that are cancelled same day or that are missed without notice.
Invoices for cancellation fees must b paid in order to reserve futur appointments.
Redo/Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on services rendered. Adjustements will be made on a case by case basis. Some transformations require multiple sessions to achieve which will be communicated at the time of booking. Please request any adjustments within the first week following the initial service and all efforts will be made to schedule an adjustment appointment as soon as possible.
Retail may be exchanged or returned for credit within 2 weeks of purchase and must be at least 3/4 full.
