Thank you for giving one of our animals a break from day-to-day shelter life. Whether it is a one-night sleep over a or a few weeks, they truly appreciate the time in your care. Please complete the following.

All potential fosters will need to meet with a staff member in person prior to final approval. Ultimately, Hayward Animal Services wants to ensure that the shelter animal and foster home are a good match. Therefore, Hayward Animal Services reserves the right to deny any foster application.
