Thank you for your interest in La Esperanza Granada, one of the most romantic hacienda in Andalucia, Spain. Set amidst five hectares of organic gardens and parks, this Spanish Mission style villa and events venue was built with great care and tastefully furnished with antiques and art. This is our booking form for weddings and events. Please note that we require a minimum stay of two nights for any booking.

2024 - 2025 RATES FOR WEDDINGS & EVENTS OF 80 GUESTS OR LESS

We are currently offering a special 2024 - 2025 package for villa rentals for weddings and events for 11800 euros (IVA/ VAT included) for a two-night stay and private usage of La Esperanza Granada for a wedding or event for up to 80 persons. This rate includes our suite & master villa for the bridal couple, five ensuite rooms in the guest wing for ten guests, and usage of our property for the main celebration.

This basic charge includes one wedding event of up to 80 persons and one event of up to 30 persons. 

Our normal rate is 12800 euros + IVA for this same package. 

 

OPTIONS

• Additional nights for the rental of the entire villa with events at a special price of 3800 euros per night
• Additional nights for the rental of the entire villa without events at a special price of 3300 euros per night
• Additional nights for the bridal couple in the master suite at a special price of 660 euros per night.
• Additional ensuite double room for two guests : 280 euros. This room is not part of our villa rental packages but we can make it available if needed. For more guests, there are also many casa rural in the villages of Saleres and Albunuelas, which are both five minutes' drive from La Esperanza Granada. There is also a small hotel ten minutes away. 
  Extra beds : 140 euros per bed. We have three available which can be set-up in any of rooms. 

 

SUPPLEMNTAL FEES FOR WEDDINGS WITH OVER 80 GUESTS

• 250 euros for weddings with over 80 persons.
• 500 euros for weddings with over 250 persons.

SUPPLEMENTAL FEES FOR ADDITIONAL EVENTS WITH OVER 80 GUESTS

• 250 euros per additional event with over 30 persons.
• 500 euros per additional event with over 250 persons. 

NOTES

• Weddings with over 30 persons are required to have a wedding planner. If you do not have one, we can introduce you to several bilingual wedding planners so you can make your choice.

• We require a 1000 euros refundable deposit 30 days prior to the wedding for any damages, repairs or missing items items to the property. These will be documented within 24 hours. If there are no incidents, the payment will be returned in full within two weeks.

• Couples not using our inhouse caterer are requested to require their caterers to bring home with them the trash and all catering-related equipment by 12 noon of the last day of venue rental, at the latest. Should caterers fail to do so, La Esperanza Granada reserves the right to hire a third-party cleaner and collector and the fees will be taken from the deposit.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

La Esperanza Granada can accommodate 12 persons in the following rooms:

1 Master Villa (2 persons/ 1 king bed) 
1 Junior Suite (2 persons/ 1 king bed)
4 Deluxe Double /Twin Room (2 persons/ 1 king bed or 2 twin beds)

• Extra beds can be set up in any of the rooms for 140 euros each (three available) 
• Option for usage of an extra ensuite double room for 280 euros 
• Breakfast and daily housekeeping included

We can assist in finding lodgings for other guests nearby or in Granada.

YOUR WEDDING PLANNER

Hacienda La Esperanza Granada requires all couples to hire a wedding planner to handle coordination, to ensure a stress-free event for the bride and groom and their families. If you do not have one in Spain, we can introduce you to Spanish / British / American wedding planners based in Andalucia. 

We also have our own in-house caterer although you can also use a caterer of your choice.

BASIC INFORMATION

Six (6) bedrooms for 12 persons, including :

1) Master suite for the bridal couple

2) Junior suite (double bed)

3) Four (4) ensuite deluxe double or twin rooms

- Additional double ensuite bedroom available for extra 280 euros for your stay.

- Extra beds available for 140 euros for your stay. (three beds available)

- Inclusive of continental breakfast and daily rooms housekeeping

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Booking is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

1st installment : 30% of cost / 120 days prior to arrival date  

2nd installment : 40% of cost / 90 days prior to arrival date 

3rd installment : 30% of cost by 60 days prior to arrival date 

Additional surcharges and optional fees may be included in the 3rd installment payment or paid separately beforehand.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits, which are paid on a staggered basis until 60 days prior to the wedding, will not be returned to clients as La Esperanza Granada has a no cancellation policy once the entire hacienda is booked by a wedding party.

Moreoever, if clients do not pay on schedule, La Esperanza Granada will issue one written request by email to client's registered email for payment.

We will also try other means of contacting the clients via their wedding planner or their registered Whatsapp or telephone number. If clients refuse to pay or do not answer the written request within 14 days upon sending, La Esperanza Granada will consider the contract canceled and available for other bookings.
