Ridge Baseball Club Work Bond Form

Thank you for volunteering for Ridge Baseball Club. This form needs to be submitted before November 15th to fulfill the Ridge Baseball Club Work Bond obligation and receive a refund of the Work Bond. Work Bonds will be refunded in batches throughout the season and you may not receive your refund until after November 15th. Refunds will be made to the credit card you used to pay your registration (if possible) or by check mailed to the name and address entered below.
