Outdoor setup for market dates is $40 per vendor with a max 10x10 space. Mask are required and all Covid-19 guidelines will be enforced.

COVID:
Please know that we take this virus very seriously and will be enforcing face coverings and social distancing. Vendors will be responsible for practicing and providing proper practices, including wearing masks and providing hand sanitizer for shoppers.
Vendor Agreement:
Please read the following guidelines and sign below. Vendor fees (if applicable) are non-refundable for any reason unless the market is canceled by the host. As an outdoor market, please understand that we are at the mercy of Mother Nature and to prepare accordingly. Propane heaters, tent sides and warm clothes are recommended. Vendor spaces can accommodate 10x10 sets up. Booth set up will begin at 11am. Your booth must be set up, staffed and ready to operate by Noon. The event will be held from 12p-5p. If you need an earlier set up time, please contact us directly to arrange. Vendors must provide necessary equipment to operate their booth. Tents, trashcans, tables and chairs are NOT provided. Vendors are responsible for maintaining and cleaning up their booth area. There is NO ELECTRICITY for outdoor vendor booths at this time. Pre-registered vendors unable to attend must notify Blackthorn Mercantile 48 hours prior to the event and are not permitted to sublet without prior consent from Blackthorn Mercantile as we have an established waiting list to prioritize. It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to obtain all permits, licenses, etc. if applicable to the sales of items. Hold Harmless: By signing this form, you affirm and agree to hold harmless the Blackthorn Mercantile, its directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns from any and all loss, claim, action, suit or liability to third persons (including attorney fees at trial and appeal), from any cause whether directly or indirectly related to this event or this agreement including but not limited to claims for injury to persons including death or destruction of property; whether intentional, negligent or consequential as result of any act or omission or yours, or the officers, director, employees or agents of your business. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID–19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID–19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By participating in Blackthorn Mercantile's Holiday Market you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID–19. You further acknowledge Blackthorn Mercantile can not guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Blackthorn Mercantile's staff, vendors, and attendees.
