Request for Competitive Team Tryouts
Deadline: May 21, 2015
You may hold your tryouts at any location that you choose. Sunflower Soccer will list up to three tryouts for any team that completes this form. Sunflower Soccer fields are available for tryouts for $17 per tryout on a first come first serve basis for member teams. Preference will be given to member teams first. Rental rate for teams who do not register their team through SSA will be $34 per tryout. Fields will be assigned to these teams as space allows. Please note that it is possible that the field will not be lined and you may not have goals.
Each team is responsible for paying for their tryouts and will not be listed until the entire rental fee is received. This form also serves as a field reservation form for Sunflower Soccer
ALL VEHICLES ARE TO REMAIN IN THE PARKING LOT AND ANYONE MOVING EQUIPMENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GOALS, TRASH CANS, ETC.) ON THE COMPLEX WILL BE FINED $100.
