To apply for the Leadership Torch Award, please complete the form below with the details of your leadership position and the name of the organization where you served.
Please allow 7–10 business days for council review and approval. Once approved, you will receive a congratulatory email and instructions on how to purchase your pin from our retail store.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for the Cadette, Senior, or Ambassador Leadership Torch Award, you must:
- Complete a Girl Scout leadership journey.
- Serve one full term in a leadership role at your school, place of worship, library, town council, community center, after-school club, or similar organization. (Examples of qualifying roles include: yearbook editor, president of the drama club, youth event organizer, or member of the girl advisory board.)

The term of service should follow the guidelines of the hosting organization and must include a minimum of 20 hours of leadership service.
