KinderHeart Tuition Contract

Next Steps:

To reserve your spot in the KinderHeart program (IF YOU ARE NEWLY INTERESTED FAMILY PLEASE CONTACT US AT programs@sagehamilton.com to set up a tour first):

1. Sign this Tuition Contract
2. Complete the Registration Form if you are new family
3. Pay Deposit #1 ($850 is non-refundable) due now.
4. Deposit #2 ($850 and non-refundable) is due by May 19, 2025
5. Tuition is a sliding scale between $8500 - $9500. Any additional money above $8500 that a family gives will go to for tuition support to families requesting support and more robust programming. There is a space below for you to indicate if you are going to give more than $9500 a year and if so how much. If you are giving an additional amount we will send you an email with your monthly check amount for Oct 1- May 1 that will be different than the amount listed below or you can give the additional amount in a one  or two time payment.

Additional items due at our September parent conference include:

• 8 pre-dated FIRST GRADE (Oct 1 - May 1) checks for your remaining payments in the amount of $850 a month
• $100 One-Time Registration Fee (for brand new students only and non-refundable)
• $550 Yearly Materials Fee (non-refundable)

Families paying by check or cash will receive ~3% off all payments made toward the Program.

Tuition Installment Plan Info:

• Tuition is made up of 10 equal payments: your first deposit ($850), your second deposit ($850) These payments are made with 8 pre-dated (Oct 1 - May 1) checks for $850 each due at your September Parent Conference.
• Deposit #1 is due upon registration
• Deposit #2 is due by May 19, 2025, at the completion of enrollment.
• One-time registration fee for new families ($100) if applicable 
• Yearly material fee ($550) due at Parent teacher conferences the first week of Sept.

Scholarships

If your child has received a scholarship, divide your agreed-upon Full Tuition amount by 10. This is the amount you will pay for each of your two deposits and for each of your Monthly Installments.

Late Fee

If you have circumstances that arise that make it hard for you to pay your monthly tuition on time we are happy to work with you. However, it is your responsibility to tell us what is happening and for us to come to an agreement on payment. If we do not hear from you and your payment is 5 days late or your check bounces you will be charged a $25 administrative fee.

Refund Policy

• One-Time Registration Fee and Yearly Materials Fee are non-refundable
• Deposit #1 (due at registration) and Deposit #2 (due by May 19th, 2025 at final enrollment) are non-refundable
• If a NEW family decides to withdraw within 60 days of the program start date (Please NOTE: if you are a current family returning you do not have this 60-day trial window):
  • Sage Programs will keep Deposit #1 and #2
  • The family will not be responsible for future Monthly Installments.
    
    
• If a family decides to withdraw after 60 days of the program start date:
  • Sage Programs will keep Deposit #1 and #2 and any Monthly Installments paid for months already fully or partially attended.
  • The family will be responsible for all remaining Monthly Installments through the program end date, unless we are able to fill the child's space in the program (which we will make effort to do)
    
    
• Sage Programs reserves the right to ask a family to withdraw from the program at any time, in which case:
  • Sage Programs will keep Deposit #1 and #2 and Installments paid for months already fully or partially attended. 
  • The family will not be responsible for future Monthly Installments after the date the child completes attendance.

By signing this document, I agree to these fees and payment schedules.  I understand that I am enrolling my child for the full annual KinderHeart program, and I am responsible for paying the full annual tuition whether in a single payment or in multiple installments.  I understand that all fees and tuition payments are non-refundable per the terms laid out above..
