FAQ's

1. Can I book directly online using the link?

Yes, if you already know what service to book for and are certain about your size and length selection- then you can go ahead and book directly through the website without consulting.

BUT if you are unsure about what to book (style name, size, length) then feel free to message me on Instagram for confirmation.

2. Do I have to pay a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes, a $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This can be paid directly through the booking website or via Interac email transfer:

3. What are your working hours?

My work hours are from 10:00AM to 10:30 PM. All days of the week are an option.

4. Can I book for an earlier time (i.e. 7am)?

All clients who would like an appointment outside of the working hours (10:00am-10:30am) will need to messsage me- DM or text message.

There will be no options for clients to select earlier times on the booking website, so bookings will need to be made manually on my end.

All earlier times will be subject to an extra charge of $50 for every hour selected before 10am (i.e. 9:00am- $50 extra, 8:00am- $100 extra, and so on.)

5. Are the hair extensions provided in the service?

YES, Hair is provided for most styles. But if clients want to use human hair for certain styles such a Boho Braids- they have to bring their own human hair bundles otherwise if not stated- synthetic curls will be provided by me.

6. Is there an extra charge for colour mixing and/or using more than one colour?

There will be a standard $50 flat fee, all clients can choose as many colours as they want to mix! No extra costs!

7. Do you wash hair?

Unfortunately I do not wash hair, I do not have the equipment for it. You have to come with your hair washed and blown out straight.

INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please DO NOT bring any extra persons. No friends. No family. No kids.

Please have your hair washed and blown out straight as much as possible. If you blow it out the night before please make sure to braid it up in at LEAST four sections to keep it from shrinking back down. Failure to arrive to your appointment with the correct hair state as suggested may result in extra charges during the appointment. Correct Hair State- Girl on the right!

Please do NOT come with WET or DAMP hair!

Please only show up/acess the buzzer at the agreed upon appointment time. If your appointment is for 10:30am, please only buzz and/or come up at 10:30am- you may not be able to gain access at any other time.

Unless your appointment with me is less than 4hrs- please do not schedule any other appointments afterwards (e.g. Nails, lashes, dentist etc). Otherwise, proceed at your own risk- no pressure or rushing will be accepted.

Please plan ahead if you have to provide child care for your kids. And ensure that your time allocation to your care provider is sufficient enought to cover your appointment time + commute time.

Any hostility or negative energy will result in the termination of your appointment and you will be asked to leave. Deposit is NON-refundable.
