- In case of medical emergency, I understand that my family insurance will be relied on to cover any necessary expenses. I hereby grant permission for any medical attention for my child(ren) deemed necessary by the camp. I also agree to the release of any records necessary for treatment, billing, or insurance purposes. I agree that I will not hold Camp Sunrise or its staff responsible for any illness or injury sustained at camp.
