  • STEP 2: SCHEDULING

  • NOTICE

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING SEASON, WE NEED A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) WEEKS TO SERVICE YOUR RV, DEPENDING ON TYPE OF SERVICE, SHOP SCHEDULE AND PARTS REQUIRED. YOUR PREFERRED DATE/TIME SELECTION BELOW IS NOT AN APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL ONCE YOU ARE SCHEDULED IN OUR SYSTEM.
  • SCHEDULING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Please be advised that we will do our best to accommodate your schedule for service. Scheduling a drop-off time is crucial to providing all of our customers with excellent service and a positive experience. Customers without appointments will be assisted as an advisor becomes available and service will be addressed according to shop schedule. Completion/pick-up date is subject to shop scheduling, any parts required and/or warranty authorization. During busy seasons, we generally do not schedule same day or while-you-wait service.

  • STEP 3: RV INFORMATION REQUIRED

  • STEP 4: TELL US ABOUT YOUR SERVICE NEEDS

    • Your insurance claim information:
    • CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT REGARDING INSURANCE CLAIMS: We offer courtesy estimates for damage resulting in an insurance claim.  Camping World is not responsible for the denial of customer initiated costs not covered by the an insurance claim.  I understand that no repairs can be completed, and no parts will be ordered, without an approved claim.

    • Format: (000) 000-0000.
    • Your extended service plan information:
    • EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN can be confusing. Generally, an Extended Service Plan covers the major components and appliances in an RV. They will not cover cosmetic and maintenance issues. For instance, they will cover breakers, switches and receptacles but they will not cover the wiring. They will cover torsion spring assemblies on awnings but will seldom cover replacement fabrics. They will cover slide-out pump failure but may not cover leaks and hoses. For more information, see CUSTOMER REQUIRED MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY PROCEDURES above. The Extended Service Plan deductible and ALL freight charges for parts are customer responsibility/pay.

    • Format: (000) 000-0000.
    • Warranty & Extended Service Plan Acknowledgement
    • CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT REGARDING WARRANTY & EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN CLAIMS: Warranty repair coverage is based on manufacturer approval. Camping World is not responsible for the denial of any manufacturer warranty repair claims. Extended service plan claims will only be made if the manufacturer's warranty has expired, if repairs are covered under the active extended service plan (as stated above), and if the issue is not caused by an accident or lack of customer responsibility maintenance (as shown above). I understand that no repairs can be completed, and no parts will be ordered, without receipt of the manufacturer's warranty or extended service plan approval.

I further understand that my approval is required and it is my responsibility to pay for parts and service if denied coverage under the manufacturer's warranty or extended service plan.
