    THIS RELEASE is made and effective this date of February 1-29, 2021, by the undersigned for the benefit of Bergstrom Corporation, a Wisconsin Corporation. Bergstrom Automotive and any of its subsidiary companies the right to use my name, statement, audio recording, video recording and/or photograph to endorse its products and services for advertising purposes. I acknowledge that I have not been paid for my services. I accept and acknowledge personal responsibility and liability for any injury or damage caused as a result of the wrongful or aggressive behavior of my dog, whether the loss occurs as a result of biting, jumping, scratching, digging, charging, or any other behavior. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Bergstrom harmless from any damages or liability related to participating in the event including the actions of my dog and/or the interaction of my dog with other dogs or participants. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
