💸 PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Hosts receive 70% of net revenue after member discounts and direct marketing expenses.
EVOLVE retains 30% for administrative, marketing, and studio overhead.
Payouts are processed electronically following the event, with access to attendance and payment summaries provided upon request.
🤝 RESPONSIBILITIES EVOLVE Provides:
Event approval and scheduling
Online registration through MindBody
Promotion via:
Monthly studio newsletters
Website calendar
One dedicated Instagram post
Studio space, props, sound system, and temperature support
Optional consultation on pricing, design, or timing
Check-in support on event day and general client support
Host Provides:
Workshop proposal
Submitted at least 30 days in advance
One-paragraph copy and high-resolution image for promotions
Promotion on personal platforms, including social media, email, etc.
Arrival at least 30 minutes early for setup and departure up to 30 minutes after for cleanup

To support personal growth and elevate workshop energy, the following discounts apply:
30% off for EVOLVE instructors and staff
10% off for students,veterans, seniors
15%-20% off for members
📣 MARKETING & MATERIALS
Hosts may design their own flyers or request EVOLVE to do so (materials must be approved before printing)
All print costs are deducted from gross revenue
Promotional materials will be displayed in-studio and shared digitally
