EVOLVE Workshop Agreement

Please familiarize yourself with EVOLVE's cancellation policy.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If a client needs to cancel they are refunded the amount less 20% for administration fees or they can get full studio

If EVOLVE or Host cancels the workshop due to lack of sign-ups, clients are refunded in full. We require a 48-hour cancellation policy. Host should establish a minimum and maximum of attendees prior to announcing the workshop.

EVOLVE pays the host their share of the split at the end of the event electronically or by any other payment arrangements made.

An EVOLVE member or one of the owners will check clients into the event and

be available to answer client questions and help with set up.

EVOLVE offers a 20% discount to EVOLVE instructors and staff towards events.

This helps them continue their education and enrich their personal development. It also helps lift the energy of the workshop by providing knowledgeable and well practiced participants. Guests of the host will be pre-registered in advance.

Hosts 60%/EVOLVE 40% split of revenue generated.

Host creates promotional material approved by EVOLVE or can have EVOLVE provide promotional material (flyers, cards, etc Materials will be brought to the studio for display and distribution. Promotional printing costs are covered by revenue generated. EVOLVE features the workshop on our website, social media, newsletter, and shares a link to hosts website and facebook page, promotes to our clients and our instructors. Register clients thru MindBody. Staff available to help set up and check clients in. Host advertises via social media, website, print, whatever means possible. Our hosts success is EVOLVE's success, more importantly the client's success! We want to work with you as a team to help your event be successful. We are happy to discuss other split terms.

EVOLVE Workshop/ Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you sign up and pay for a workshop/event and are unable to attend please contact us to cancel 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the workshop. If your request for cancellation is received within the 48-hour period that is required you get a refund minut a 20% administration fee, or you can get a full refund credited to an EVOLVE Studio account (this credit can be used toward any purchase at the studio)

If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop a refund will not be possible. Cancellation requests must be made by email

Absence to a workshop/event is non-refundable. If you cancel on the day of the workshop/event or after it has taken place, a refund or credit will not be possible.

Workshops/Events could occasionally be cancelled by the studio if there's insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If cancelled, you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your EVOLVE studio account if you choose.
