After online platforms are ready and any in house adjustments that were suggested to change are made, a content calendar is in place, a media bank is established, scripts are written, & recordings are scheduled - content will then be published. Platforms will be managed by CM Productions LLC for 90 days max which includes answering alerts, messages and reviews. After publishing four organic ads (2x 60 second productions & 2x animated graphics both with copywriting and production involved) and interest is measured, CM Productions LLC will study the results and establish a set demographic & geographic area to target on what device and which platform at the best time for future content as well as a plan to move forward. Metrics will be reported on 3x platforms max for 90 days max. During the posting process any production can be subject to run ON AIR or ONLINE as an additional cost to the advertiser. Metrics will be studied on the audiences and how content resonates with them. Merchandise, events, & other marketing efforts will also be discussed at the last stage during a 1x hour consulting session. A trackable system should be established to measure any consumer trends. All staff for the advertiser should be aware of any/all active marketing efforts. Consulting outside of this agreement is subject to charge @ $60 per hour (min). Cost $2165.

Level 2 Package Includes:

After publishing four organic ads (4x 60 second productions with copywriting and production involved) and interest is measured, CM Productions LLC will study the results and establish a set demographic & geographical area to target on what device and which platform at the best time for future content as well as a plan to move forward. Metrics will be reported on 6x platforms max for 90 days max. During the posting process any production can be subject to run ON AIR or ONLINE as an additional cost to the advertiser. Metrics will be studied on the audiences and how content resonates with them. Merchandise, events, & other marketing efforts will also be discussed at the begining & last stage during a 4x hour consulting session. Employee training & troubleshooting included for 90 days of initial signing. A trackable system should be established to measure any consumer trends. All staff for of the advertiser should be aware of any/all active marketing efforts. Consulting outside of this agreement is subject to charge @ $60 per hour (min). Cost $4830.

Agreement + Release

     Promotions not ran as arranged because of technical difficulties will be rescheduled. Invoices are payable to CM Productions LLC upon day of signing, unless otherwise agreed. Termination of this agreement prior to fulfilling the above agreements will result in adjusted billing. Any/all costs/fees incurred by CM Productions during the collection process of past due accounts are the responsibility of the party signed above. This agreement & the signed parties have no intentions of racism, discrimination to any/all parties that may come in contact of affected by any services agreed to. I, signed, am agreeing to the terms on this document & do hereby grant permission to CM Productions LLC to use my image, audio &/or name. Such use includes, but may not be limited to the display, distribution, publication, transmission, communication, or promotion of photographs, images, audio &/or videos taken then consumed by/communicated to, but not limited to; the public or private parties through marketing channels such as, but may not be limited to; print, social media, online, television, &/or any/all broadcast/streaming formats. I agree that CM Productions LLC is not responsible for the loss of any/all funds, assets, products, or goods utilized before, during, or after campaigns are developed, active, inactive, or remain public. This also includes CM Productions LLC not being held accountable for any/all reactions of the public or private parties, legal issues, or any other results that the parties signed above did not mention within this agreement, but did occur or if said parties are not satisfied with the results or if the agreed services resulted in loss of assets, funds, or products. Payment due upfront with no option for a refund.
