Hi there! I’m Nick. I’m so happy to share my family’s traditional dumplings with you! Our recipe was passed down by my great grandmother and perfected over 50 years. Our dumplings have been a family tradition and become a household staple. I was first taught how to make them when I was five years old by my grandmother.

In my family dumplings bring everyone together. As we make, prepare and enjoy them they have become a way to connect with one another and show love. From our table to yours, I hope you enjoy our traditional dumplings with your family.
