HOMESCHOOL GRADUATION

Before you begin, please have all of the following ready. You will not be able to complete the form without these items.

1. A biography for the Graduate which will be read during the ceremony. It must be 100 words or less. For samples, please visit the Graduation page at homeschool.sherpherdschurch.com. Please spend adequate time writing, editing and reading this biography aloud. Make sure to check the grammar, and verify how it will sound when read aloud by the event staff during the ceremony. 2. A baby picture of the Graduate. 3. An elementary age picture of the Graduate. 4. A senior or senior year picture of the Graduate.
