Order Guidelines

♡ Shipment Details

Local shipping via J&T Express, Gogo Express, or Shopee Checkout (₱10 listing fee)

Shipping fee will be collected once your order is already ready for shipment.

Guidelines for Shopee Checkout:

1. Please be guided that Shopee Checkout will only be used for shipping fee purposes only. Your ordered items must still be paid via our modes of payment on or before the payment deadline for us to be able to process your order.
2. The link for the checkout option in Shopee will be given through email once the items are already ready to be shipped.

♡ Production Lead-time and ETA

• Production of the items takes around 1-2 weeks*, which starts after full item payment.
• Shipping may take 1-5 days, depending on your location and certain circumstances.

*Please be guided that the timeline may be flexible, and your order may arrive earlier/later than expected!

Design File Specifications (For Customized Cases & Grips)

You will be asked to upload your design in the latter part of this form. If ordering 2 or more customized cases, please send the other designs to byd1studio@gmail.com upon completing this order form. Thank you!

• Dimensions of the photo: 1:2 ratio, at least 1000px x 500px! (not required but encouraged for high-quality printing)
• File Type: JPG/PNG (Please make sure your file is in PNG for designs without backgrounds!)

• Recommended dimensions of the photo: at least 1000px for the shortest side of the design (not required but encouraged for high quality printing)

Cancellations and Refunds

1. We won't tolerate cancellations on this product as this is pre-ordered. Thus,
2. No refunds as well once your payment has already been settled.

Shipment

1. Orders will not be shipped until full payment (item price + local shipping fee) is made.
2. Please be reminded that we are not liable for delays in delivery, but we can help you request for a follow-up if there is a need to do so.
3. In cases that the courier fails to locate your given address and/or the parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, it is the buyer's (your) burden to settle any required fees for second attempt of shipping.
