Budget Information

• Due to the cost of each pillow cover, which ranges from $55 to $80+, there is a minimum budget required. Please keep this in mind when planning. Pillow prices vary based on factors such as single-sided or double-sided design, size, and material. Double-sided covers are $10-$20+ more per pillow.

• Our luxury down-alternative inserts, range from $30 to $50. These are the same high-quality inserts featured in our product images and Instagram feed.

• Please note that our covers are sold separately from the inserts. Pillow inserts start at $34 and vary by size.

Note: I recommend if you want single sided, you keep lumbars, velvets, and dark pillow covers double sided! Some single sided options will have to be custom made because we only stock them double sided.

About Our Down Alternative Pillow Inserts

Our handmade pillow covers are crafted with the same care and attention as those from a local upholstery design studio. They are not mass-produced. We invest significant time and effort into selecting quality fabrics and working with skilled artisans to create each design. While handmade and high-quality items come with a higher price tag, they provide a beautiful, unique finishing touch to your space.

Great Loft: We use high-loft, American-made filler to ensure a full, plump look that lasts for years. Our inserts are sturdier and more durable than those found in big-box stores.

No Lumps: We use a smooth, weighted polyester fiber to keep the filler even and free from lumps, unlike cheaper pillows that quickly develop uneven spots.

No Allergens: Experience the comfort and feel of a pure down pillow without the feathers that poke, all while enjoying a hypoallergenic and cruelty-free option!
Instructions for Uploading Photos of Your Furniture for E-Design

To help us create the best possible e-design for you, please follow these photo guidelines:

Lighting: Please take all photos during daylight hours for the best clarity and detail. If you need to take photos at night, ensure that all lights are on and the room is well-lit. Daylight is preferred for the most accurate representation of your furniture.

Straight-On Photo: Include at least one photo taken straight on of each piece of furniture that you are needing pillows for. This helps us see the piece clearly and accurately.

Room Angles: Provide photos from different angles that showcase the entire room. Make sure the lighting is good and that there are no pillows, toys, people, or pets on the furniture. For beds, ensure they are made with no pillows visible.

Next Steps

After we receive the required items, we will send you a combo sample within 5-7 business days. In some cases, we may be able to provide designs sooner, depending on our current workload. Please provide as much as information as possible to speed the process along. We’re committed to meeting your deadlines, but please keep in mind that certain factors may cause delays such as custom size requests, extended response times, or design revisions.

You are entitled up to 1 revision, if needed. If additional revisions are required beyond this (which is uncommon), a $35 revision fee will apply.

Please request any revisions within 7 days of receiving your initial design.
Once you approve your combo, we will create a custom listing for you to complete your purchase. If the official design is not decided upon within a month from when we initially send your first proof, you will have to repurchase the e-design service.
