If you play on a Town of Cary 2024 Spring WWTA team, you must complete this form and pay Town of Cary facility fees. You need to complete one form for each 2024 Spring WWTA team.

Resident Rate (per team): $20
Nonresident rate (per team): $24

Annual passholder's registration fees are waived as a benefit of their membership; however, passholders must complete this form.

Fees will be collected at the end of the registration form so have your credit card handy.
