Hello & thank you for choosing Ali's Cupcakes! This form is intended to be easy for you to give important details prior to order.

Please Read & Understand The Following Policy

ORDER PLACEMENT

~ Must be placed 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE.

~ NOT PLACED 1 week in advance will have a RUSH ORDER FEE starting at $25 included and REQUIRES FULL PAYMENT.

~ 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ORDER(S) THE DAY OF PLACEMENT !

NO PAYMENT/DEPOSIT = NO ORDER

 ~ Acceptable forms of payment: CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay

~ DO NOT send the deposit until you have a received a confirmation message.

~ PICKUP ONLY Brooklyn, New York any Time AFTER 12pm to 5pm 

~ Remainder/Final Balance  MUST be paid 1 day prior to pickup !

~ Within 48 hours of order placement, client will receive a confirmation message via text with a Final Quote and Pick Up Day information. 

 

CANCELLATION 

 ~ If order is cancelled 48 hours before event, Ali's Cupcakes will be happy to transfer non-refundable deposit made on that order to another within 3 months of that date

 

REFUND

~ Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

~ Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after pick up for order.

~ Refunds will not be issued to orders that have already been eaten.

~ Refunds are not offered unless there is a mistake that occured on our part.

 

 IMPORTANTLY NOTE THAT

~ Reference/Inspo images sent will not come out exactly as seen in image since Ali's Cupcakes did not initially make it. However will be very similar & alike

~ Everything is made to be edible, so there is little to no waste with your order. You will be informed what is and is not edible. 

~ Submit 1 response per order

~ Ali's Cupcakes is not responsible for any damage to the order after pick up is complete. Provide your order with an appropriate & secure table/environment, & optimal room temperature of 75 degrees & below.

Please take your time filling out and submit this custom buttercream cake order form with specific and required details! (Cake size, theme, colors, decor, etc.)! Please keep in mind that all custom buttercream cakes require at least a 1 week notice based upon availability. Customized buttercream cakes are starting at $135 with an increase in price based upon your preferred cake size and requested cake decor. All information listed below will assist us in creating the perfect customized cake just for you.
