• Rookie Tri Transfer, Deferral, or Refund Request Form

    If you are currently registered for the Rookie Triathlon you have options if you are not able to use your registration. Please review the fees and options available and then complete the form to submit your request.

  • Refund

    • 50% refunds are available through Feb 7.
    • Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded.

    Deferral

    • If you registered for the 2021 event you may apply to defer your registration to next year’s event.
    • Registrations can only be deferred one time.
    • Deferral requests are available through April 18.
    • The deferral fee is $25.00

    Transfer

    • Online transfer requests are available through April 18.
    • Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded or transferred.
    • Registrations can only be transferred one time.
    • Transfers include a $10.00 transfer fee + registration price difference, if any.
    • Price differences between events will not be refunded if transferring to a shorter distance.

Anyone caught attempting to sell or transfer their race entry/bib to another person, or participate in the event using another participant’s race entry/bib as part of a non-approved transfer, will have said race entry/bib revoked and the racer will be disqualified and removed from the race without refund. The Jack's Generic Triathlon Refund/Transfer/Deferral Policy is subject to change at any time.
