Add-OnsA few options will be made available to guests when they place a reservation. The most popular is to add an "Additional Cheesemaker", which doubles the Mozzarella Making Kit, for +$30. That is popular with remote teammates who will want to make mozzarella on their own or with their families after class. Guests can also add Mediterranean Sea Salt to their order for +$3 for some gourmet flair.
