  • Sender's Information

    • Provide a mobile (cell) number if possible. To avoid spoiling a surprise delivery, we will try this number first when confirming details or reporting delivery problems.  Plan to be available to receive a call during your Valentine's delivery window so we can contact you if there are any questions.

  • Valentine Delivery Options

    Please note that the time you select below represents the middle of your delivery window unless you choose a time near the start or end of the available delivery times.  As an example, if you select 2pm on the 14th with a 4hr delivery window, we will make every effort to deliver your Valentine between noon and 4pm.  However, if you specify 9:30am with that same 4hr window, it will be delivered between 9am and 1pm. For more information on choosing a delivery time option, please consult our answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

  •  Important Info Regarding Cash / Check Payments:

    Once you have completed and submitted this form, you will receive an e-mail with your order details.  Please print this e-mail and include it with your payment.  Please make checks payable to Heart of Carolina A Cappella.  Payments and forms may be given to a chorus member, or Checks may be mailed to:

  • Delivery Details 

    Please provide information that will help us locate your loved one quickly.  For workplace deliveries, it is helpful to have the name and phone number of a co-worker who can escort the quartet to the recipient's desk or work area (if allowed) and possibly arrange for an "audience".

  • Phone Delivery Details

    Phone deliveries feature a 2hr delivery window. Please provide the specific number to call, and indicate whether you'd like us to do an audio-only, Skype video (non-iPhone), or FaceTime video (iPhone) delivery.

  • Recipient Information

    • Be sure to specify the recipient's first and last name. If you want the recipient to be addressed on the card using anything other than their first name, be sure to specify it in the "Message" field. (i.e. Dear Pookie)

    • We are happy to sing for groups such as a small office or classroom, but you may also specify up to three recipients to receive their own rose and card with your personal message by using the "No. of roses" purchase option above.

    • If you have a large office with multiple floors/work areas and would like us to walk around and sing in up to 3 different spaces, you can purchase our "Serenade your staff" option.
  • Important Info Regarding Credit Card Payments:

    All Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal. Once you click the Submit button below, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the transaction. However, you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to complete payment. If you do not have an account, and do not wish to create one, simply select the Pay with a debit or credit card option located below the PayPal login section on the right side of the payment screen.
