Thank you for your interest in the Fall Family Market. The Real Craftwives of Katy and The Katy Moms Network is excited to be partnering with Stablesid on this event. This expo is designed to promote small at-home businesses in the Katy area. There will be over 40 booths set up outside around the green space which will showcase incredible talent and functional products! 

8 am - Check in begins

9:30 am - Must be checked in

10am - 5 pm Market Time 5-6 pm Clean Up

You may not leave the market prior to 5:00pm unless preapproved from one of the coordinators or you will not be welcomed back

BUSINESS PROMOTION: We will promote your business by introducing you on our event page.

Most booths require a tent. We require you to bring something to weight your tent down with. There will be no booth set up items provided by the organizers.

Outdoor Booths (10x10) $150 (TENT REQUIRED)

We will reserve your booth for one week. If we have not received your application fee at the end of that time we will open the booth back up.

Outdoor booths are not guaranteed to be completely sheltered from inclement weather (including, but not limited to, rain, wind or extreme temperature) There will be a limited number of spaces for each business type. Money is NON REFUNDABLE. Any material that is deemed to be offensive (in the Organizers sole discretion) will not be permitted. Smoking is not permitted at the Venue.

Vendors must be able to carry their own material or provide another method (i.e. cart or dolly) to get their material into the Venue.

Vendors must provide their own method for accepting payments (including their own change) is required to occupy and maintain their booth in a clean a professional manner for the entirety of the event, shall provide their own supplies (i.e. tape and other items necessary to display their material and any advertising), shall be responsible for collecting taxes and obtaining and maintaining any necessary licenses, will abide by any instructions from the Organizers, Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 21 years of age at all times.

In addition to the above, each Vendor agrees that the Organizers will not be liable to the Vendor or any other party for any accidents or injury to the Vendor or any other person using the Venue or its surrounding facilities during the event, including, but not limited to setup and takedown. Vendor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, their agents, representatives, officers, directors, members and contractors from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, damages, demands, losses, costs, expenses and disbursement, including court costs and attorney' fees, resulting from any injuries or death of any person or damage to any property (including without limitation, damage to the Venue by Vendor or any other real or personal property owned or obtained through rental by the Organizers) arising out of, relating to or in connection with the rental or use of the Venue or surrounding areas by the Vendor, the failure of the Vendor to perform and of its obligations hereunder, or the negligence or willful actions of the Vendor, even if caused or alleged to be caused by the sole, joint, comparative, concurrent, negligence or fault of the Organizers, and even if any such claim, cause of action or suit is based upon or alleged to be based upon strict liability of the organizers.

THIS INDEMNITY AND RELEASE PROVISION IS INTENDED TO INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE THE ORGANIZERS AGAINST THE CONSEQUENCES OF ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT AS PROVIDED ABOVE WHEN THE ORGANIZERS IS SOLELY, JOINTLY, COMPARATIVELY OR CONCURRENTLY NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE STRICTLY LIABLE. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, any statutory or common law remedies, which are inconsistent with the provisions of the foregoing indemnity and waiver, are waived by the Vendor.
