Crown of Glory Treatments

Thank you so much for your interest in being a model for our new hair growth product. We have launched the Blessed Oil, the Resurrection Sea Moss hair cream and the Restoration detox hair mask. Our new product, Crown of Glory, is a hair growth treatment that is known for growing hair fast. This product has a retail value of $45.00 for an 8oz jar. Our in house salon treatment with service is priced at $125.00

Your participation for this 12 week treatment and basic style totals $500.00 which can be paid using one of three payment options.

Option 1 - $500.00 in full
Option 2 - 2 payments of $250.00
Option 3 - 3 payments of $170.00

When you break down the cost, you're actually paying only $41.00 a week for the treatment and service. You will also receive a FREE take home maintenance product to be used as directed.

In doing so, you will alter the results and won't receive the full benefits.

Choose a weekly day and time that will serve you best. My days and hours of operation for this service are Wednesday,Thursday and Friday - 10am to 6pm

Before, during and after treatments, I will be assessing your hair health, measuring your length and taking pictures of your progress.

We take pride in our work and give abundantly of ourselves, our talents, our skills, our knowledge and our wisdom to each client. There are NO refunds for services rendered.  

 

Limited Liability:

I understand that I am participating in AGoddess Hair Ministry's Crown of G;ory hair growth treatments as a paying model. I understand that the products used are natural and organice products. I agree to waive any claims against AGoddess Love Jamison / AGoddess Hair Ministry in case of allergic reactions or the product not working on my hair. I agree to waive any claims against AGoddess Love Jamison / AGoddess Hair Ministry for my own neglilence and not following the treatment program.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflect a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supercedes all prior written or oral representation. Clients signature on this agreement indicates their understanding and agreement with the information provided above.

 

Clients Responsibility:

Client must have hair serviced once a week for 3 months.
Client must follow directions precise.
Client must be committed to the journey.
Client is asked to share positive feedback with stylist, family and friends.
Discounted services must be paid in full before service began.
