We will confirm your booking by emailing your centre an invoice for a non-refundable 50% deposit due within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event the booking is made within 30 days of the performance date, the deposit is due immediately.
Supervisors receive complimentary seating on a 10:1 ratio (unless otherwise stipulated). All bookings will incur a $5 booking fee.
Once you have paid your deposit, your booking is secure and numbers can be amended (dependent on availability) up until final payment is received. Bookings made two weeks prior to the performance date must be paid in full upon booking.
There are no refunds or decreases in numbers once final payment has been made.
An increase in ticket numbers is possible after final payment (subject to availability). Requests for additional tickets must be submitted via email to Box Office at boxoffice@penrith.city and payment is due immediately.
If we do not receive payment two weeks prior to the performance, we have the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited. Please contact Box Office on 02 4723 7600 if you are having difficulty organising payment by the due date.
