    Please complete this form if you would like to request ticket scanning and/or box office staff for your upcoming event. Kindly note that staff requests must be placed at least 4 weeks/20 business days before the event date. Invoices for staffing will be issued within 10 business days after the event. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum Shift Duration per staff member is 3hours for events on Monday – Saturday, and 4 hours on Sunday and Public Holidays. Sunday and Public Holidays are higher hourly award rates.
