You agree to turn up at the scheduled time – if you are on a time zone other than London (GMT in the winter months and BST in the summer months), please double-check what time your session is.
You must turn up to our session fully committed to being guided through this special process.
If you turn up late, the session can’t also run late, so your time with me will be shorter.
You agree to make sure your device is fully charged or plugged in.
My schedule is tight and I don’t have the time or room to keep changing appointments. I’m a very friendly person and am 100% committed to our session but, bearing my workload in mind, understand why I have this strict refund policy in place.
There are no refunds once a session has been concluded.
If you wish to change a booking, you can do so for no charge provided a) you do it through your initial booking link and b) at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
If you wish to cancel your booked session, you can have a refund provided you give at least two days' notice.
If you cancel within two days of our session, a 40% fee will be incurred (that is, you will get 60% back and I will retain the 40%).
