If you are a regular attendee, consider Hopewell Church your church home, or are updating your information, please complete the below information for the directory.

For first time additions, once completed this directory will be available to you in both digital and paper form. There is even an app you can download to easily access the directory! If you have questions, don't hesitate to email info@hopewellchurch.org.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Some fields will allow for multiple names or data. Include a COMMA between names.
- Photos are required to join the directory.
  - From time to time, we do host photoshoot sessions to capture high quality portraits for the directory. Be on the look out for advertising for the next session if you want to use that for your picture!
*For privacy, only those in the directory have access to it. Within Church Center (the app we use for our directory), you can choose which information (contact info, address, children's names, etc.) is or isn't listed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPLOADING DIRECTORY IMAGE

In order for the directory to be formatted properly, images that are uploaded have some requirements. Here are a few other pointers to help you along.
- Pictures must be of you. (not your pets, a landscape, amient background, etc.)
- Pictures of your household must be easily identifiable i.e. a group picture where the faces can be easily seen and aren't obscured are best (like a family portrait). Action shots where faces cannot be easily identified are not allowed.
- Don't use pictures that are too small or blurry. We won't be able to add them to the directory. Better to upload a large image and let us crop/resize it instead!
- Keep the image horizontal in orientation.
- If you understand how to crop/resize images, the exact pixel size should be 700w X 525h.
- Image upload sizes are limited to 10mb.
- For reference, the pictures will be displayed in a 1:1 ratio as a circle in the directory
