The format of a summer or winter seminar workshop is entirely up to the moderator. Meetings may be a few consecutive days, weekly, or another arrangement that suits the topic. They may be held online or in person or using a hybrid format. Summer seminars and workshops usually meet three to five times total over a period of one to five weeks.

If you are proposing an intersession program or activity that does not fit the seminar/workshop model, consider using the form for summer/winter programs and extracurricular activities instead.

When you click the submit button, your proposal will automatically be emailed to the Curriculum Committee Co-chairs, to the 5CLIR office, and to the e-mail address you supply below. The Curriculum Committee Co-chairs will save this proposal as a Word document and forward it to all members of the Committee. The Committee will assign a liaison to your proposal, who will contact you. If you do not receive an acknowledgement from the Committee within 2 weeks, please contact the 5CLIR office.
