Customer must sign an Artwork Release Form for scanning services.
Scan the signed Artwork Release Form + email to email@example.com.
Keep physical Artwork Release Form and staple to POS receipt when service is completed.
Send the Physical Artwork to HQ
Use Photo Scanning Package Label (Sharefile --> Store --> Forms & Policy Manual)
If submitting more than 1 item, please number the items and label with a post-it note on the back of the physical.
Please note if this service is being performed at no charge. (i.e. Photo/Art was damaged during a custom order fitting and needs to be replaced.)
