Punctuality
Ensure to arrive for your shift on time. Punctuality is key in maintaining a smooth operation.
Personal Time Logging
You are required to log-in/clock-in and out personally. Logging-in or out on behalf of other employees is strictly prohibited. You must ensure to log-in and log-out for breaks.
Documented Time Adjustments
In special circumstances where you cannot log out/clock out yourself, such instances must be documented using the provided JotForm, this will be added onto the current cash-out portion that is completed online after a shift.
Notice for Absence
If you are unable to attend a scheduled shift, provide immediate notice. The earlier you inform us, the better we can manage the situation.
Package Delivery Protocol
Deliver packages directly to the customer’s door. Under no circumstances should customers be asked to meet at your vehicle or any other location.
I.D. and Payment Verification
For verification purposes, capture an image of the customer’s valid ID and the last four digits of the payment method, when applicable. If the order is paid online, and the credit card / debit card is not available upon delivery, the order is not to be dropped off.
Prompt Package Handling
Once a package is assigned to you at the store, ensure to leave with it promptly. Timely delivery is essential for customer satisfaction.
Timely Order Completion
Upon completing a delivery, it’s crucial to either return to the store to complete all orders in a timely fashion or call our front of house staff immediately after the customer receives the items. This ensures a smooth and efficient process, helping us maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
During Downtime
It is essential to assist in maintaining the upkeep of the store, i.e Cleaning, dusting. This also includes handing out flyers/promotional material to guests and foot traffic.
Breaktime
Breaks will be assigned by the management team and key holders. Do not place yourself on shift without consulting the management team or key holders.
Cashouts/End-of-day envelopes and Debit/Credit machines
All cashouts/end-of-day envelopes and debit/credit machines must be dropped off at the store after every shift. You are not permitted to take these home after your shift is done.
