  • TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

    Please read the following carefully and click "I Agree & Understand" to state your agreement to these terms.

    $2,500 ($1,250 per phase) per selected participant (plus 5% GST). Due in two equal instalments. * Payment plan options available upon request. Program Value $8,000 per person. The fee is non-refundable.

    Workshop fee includes program registration, accommodation, and ground travel from/to Vancouver. Participants are responsible for their own air travel to Vancouver. Participants are responsible for any incidentals outside of the program. A credit card will be required at hotel check-in. Assistance with this fee and travel expenses may be possible, please check with your provincial agency. WFF is able to provide letters of support. 

    WFF is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues pertaining to the project or the applicant.

    WFF holds no rights to work produced by the applicant during the workshop. However, if selected, the participant grants to the Whistler Film Festival Society the right to utilize promotional materials related to the project for promotional purposes in all mediums, including broadcast, print and internet. WFF aims to support Lab participants throughout the production process and encourages participants to provide WFF with the right of first refusal for the World Premiere of the completed film.

    Participation in the WFF Screenwriters Lab implies an understanding and acceptance of these regulations. The WFFS reserves the right to rule on cases not foreseen by these regulations.
