A Look at Gifted/2e Families
Survey results will be used in the forthcoming book, Just the Way It Is: A Look at Gender and Generations in Gifted/2e Families, from Gifted Homeschoolers Forum Press (Spring 2022). If you are a parent of gifted/twice-exceptional (2e) children, please complete the following questions to help us learn more about this dynamic community. Note: You do not need to homeschool your children to complete this survey!! It should take about 20 minutes to complete. Thank you!
Project Background
The concept of gender and family patterns shift slowly, and sometimes it seems things never change. This survey focuses on the experience of gender and family patterns for parents of gifted and twice exceptional (gifted with a learning challenge) children. While your children are lovely, the focus here is on you: the parent. Please answer the following questions as accurately and specifically as possible. You may skip any questions if you wish.
