Hello & thank for choosing Ali's Cupcakes! This form is intended to be easy for you to give important details prior to order.
Please Read & Understand The Following Policy
*ORDERS FOR MUST BE PLACED 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE.
*SPECIAL ORDERS (ex. 3 dozen cupcakes or more, handmade toppers, custom toppers, flowers, etc.) MUST BE PLACED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
* Orders NOT PLACED 1 or 2 WEEKS will have a $15 RUSH ORDER FEE included and REQUIRES FULL PAYMENT.
* Booking for PICKUP ONLY Brooklyn, New York any Time AFTER 12pm to 5pm !
* 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE ORDER(S) WITHIN 2 HOURS OF PLACEMENT !
NO PAYMENT/DEPOSIT = NO ORDER
* If cancelled 72 hours before event we will be happy to transfer non-refundable deposit made on that order to another within 3 months of that date
* Acceptable forms of payment: CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay
*Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
*Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after pick up for order.
*Refunds will not be issued to orders that have already been eaten.
* Refunds are not offered unless there is a mistake that occured on our part
* Within 48 hours of order placement, client will receive a confirmation message via text with a Final Quote and Pick Up Day information. Please do NOT send the deposit until you have a received a confirmation message.
* THE FINAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID 2 DAYS PRIOR TO PICKUP!
*Reference/Inspo images sent will not come out exactly as seen in image since Ali's Cupcakes did not initially make it. However will be very similar & alike.
*Submit 1 response per order
* Ali's Cupcakes is not responsible for any damage to the order after pick up is complete. Provide your order with an appropriate & secure table/environment, & optimal room temperature of 75 degrees & below.
