    RSA's help desk has an email account associated with your user account.  That is the email the help desk will use to send automated responses.  By default, that email address is the one used to log into L2.

    Use this form to tell RSA what email address you want to use as the primary contact for you.

    Background:

    RSA's help desk user accounts are populated from existing L2 accounts. We periodically refresh our user accounts from L2.  L2 forces users to register with a unique email address and we understand that you may wish to use another email address.  This can even be a shared email address for your library if you choose.

    RSA will not update your L2 account.  We will only use this email to update RSA's help desk.
