The Fine Black Pen Ornament Order Form

ITEM DETAILS:

Each ornament is 100% Canadian Birch. Ornaments are handmade and made to order.

The illustration is SKETCHED, BURNT AND COLOURED BY HAND. This means that each ornament is entirely unique, cannot be replicated and is 100% HANDMADE. You will receive a photograph of the completed ornament before it is shipped or picked up.

PRICING & PAYMENT:

Ornaments are natural (burnt only, no colour) by default, and priced as follows:

Large (3.25") Ornament: $60 CAD

Upgrades are priced as follows:

Add Colour: $10 CAD
Add Inscription (on back of ornament): $3 CAD

Payment is accepted through e-transfer or PayPal. You will receive an invoice shortly after your order request has been reviewed and accepted. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving your invoice otherwise your order may be delayed or may not be processed.

SHIPPING:

Shipping is $15 CAD flat per order for destinations within Canada and includes tracking. Shipping to the United States is $10 flat rate. International shipping is available but varies by country. Local pick-up in Montreal is available at no charge.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS:

Your ornament is unique to you! For this reason, you will have 24 hours after payment is received to amend or cancel your order. After this time, no cancellations or refunds will be available. Please review your submission in detail to ensure the finished product is perfect!

TIMELINE:

Time of completion will depend on the time of year and current demand. Please allow anywhere from 2-4 weeks for completion of your order.

EXAMPLES:

MULTIPLE ORNAMENT ORDERS:

If you are ordering several ornaments, please specify a quantity per design. Please remember that even if you request multiples of one design, there will be slight differences as each ornament is hand drawn.
