Welcome to YMCA Youth Fitness Fundamentals, our well-being program for kids and teens focused on teaching good nutrition habits, msucle groups, safe equipment use and more.
This is Step 1 of the program, the online training. You will need to complete this training to move on to Step 2. This online training consists of a combination of slides and videos, and you may be asked to pass a short quiz after some sections of the training to move on.
