As always, I the Breeder reserve the right to Breeder's (first) choice. To keep or to trade one of my puppies from any litter to continue or improve my genetics.
Your submission of this agreement is to secure a spot on our Reservation list for a J'Adorable Puppy. Your Signature and Non-Refundable Deposit in the amount of $300(Pet Home) or $500(Breeder Home) is to secure your spot on the Puppy/Litter of your choice.
Picking order is based on order of deposits received. I accept Zelle, Venmo and checks.
Once deposit is recieved, a confirmation text will be sent to you. It will include your pick number and Puppy/Litter of your choice. Watch my Facebook page as I post updates on when females are in heat and planned litters. Once we have a due date, I will notify you personally.
All of my puppies are hand raised from day one. They are not only kept in a clean environment, I have daily and weekly sessions to expose them to as many sights, sounds and textures as possible in hopes of raising a well rounded furever family member.
I do follow the Puppy Culture Program, with a twist to what has always been successful for me and also techniques that my husband has taught me as a Master Dog Handler.
All my Parent dogs are Health tested. Unless they are a puppy I hand raised, kept back to continue with my genetics and know they are from Genetically Health tested Parents.
My puppies come with a Two Year Genetic Health Guarantee.
Puppies will be ready for their new homes at 8 weeks. After 9 weeks of age, there will be a $100 per week boarding fee applied towards balance. They will have 1-2 sets of shots and several dewormings. You will need to schedule an appointment with your Veterinarian within 3 business days after picking up your puppy in order for Health Guarantee to be valid.
The deposit is non-refundable but is fully transferrable to another Puppy/litter of your choosing. You must advise us of this before the puppy reaches two weeks of age. If you do not advise us then you will forfeit the deposit and will have to submit another deposit before being able to purchase another puppy.
Photos, Litter and Individual videos will be posted to my Facebook page so that you are able to watch your furbaby grow from day one. Please know that I will always schedule daily life by priority. Puppies get priority as far as love and care, but their J'adorable photo sessions may be delayed due to family priorities.
Picking (in order of course) can take place anytime from the day they are born up until 5 weeks. Once they turn 5 weeks, if there is a stall, I will set a date that everyone will have a two hour increment to make their choice as I know everyone is very excited to claim and show off their new puppy.
When it is your turn to pick, I will be available for any questions you may have on individual personality/temperament.
Until submission of this form and deposit is recieved your pick in the litter is NOT reserved.
