You.io

The idea of you.io is to help you pause, take a step back, and reflect. We're all running so fast, and interviewing can become too tactical — overly focused on the "what" (your resume) vs. the "why" and the "how" behind you. We want to know your "why." We hope you will do justice to this questionnaire and not think of it as a "process checkbox." Brené Brown calls it a "rumble," a somewhat informal discussion that helps you open up, bring out your humility, hunger, ambition, and anti-fragility. At DevRev, we love these values, some of which we will learn to be better at together, were we to work together. If you were to become a fellow DevReveler, we will have immense opportunities to learn from and with you. Let that process begin now.
