    Do you need an amazing workspace, rest space, multiple backdrops for production, podcast and photography for content creation.  This comfortable and charming 5 bedroom home with spacious backyard oasis, pool and 320 sq ft cottage can provide optimal content for clients.

    Production & Content Creation 24 Hour Stay . 24 hours allows guests TIME for content creation and to relax here. We are an ideal space for publicists and production to create content. Check in is by 11 a.m. and Check out is by 11 a.m. the following day. Monday through Thursday only. Cost includes: Deep cleaning of home, pool and lawn maintenance. 24 Hour rental of 5 bedroom home, pool in summer time and outdoor space. Guest will receive House manual for guests. Payment is accepted directly here.

    Add-On Private Concierge Services for Production. Concierge with a team of two, will assist and host guests as point of contact, organizer and event planner for 8 hours during your production stay at The Nelson Manor. Times for support to be determined according to guest needs upon follow up consultation. Price also includes light refreshments for guest arrival. Assistance with implementation, set up, clean up and execution of guest itinerary. Follow up consultation will be scheduled within 24 Hours of booking.

    Add On Cottage Use . 320 sqare foot cottage with a 6 ft standing loft and library ladder. Small kitchen, mini refrigerator, shower, 2 TV's with ceiling fans, lights and running water. Storage space, sofa bed and futon seating. Outdoor cabana seating with chimenea.

    Down Payment to Reserve . Make your down payment to reserve your future date. This is nonrefundable. Balance must be paid minimum 7 days before event/stay.

    Remaining Balance in Full . Remaining balance in full here for scheduled 24 hour event stay. This only applies to guest who have paid the $200.00 down payment.

    Yoga Retreat. Utilize the Moroccan Cottage for your Zen Space Retreat for 5 hours. Any day Tuesdays through Thursdays only. Price is non negotiable, no booking on holidays. Price does not apply to weekend bookings. Weekend bookings require a 2 night min.
