To register for accessible facilities at The Planting you will need to complete this Registration Form. Please note: You may not be able to utilise our accessible facilities if you do not register prior to The Planting We ask that you submit your forms prior to the 20th April so that we can best cater to your needs.
Please check in with the gate team when you arrive so they can direct you to your site.
The Planting Accessible Camping area is located close to the precinct entrance.
You may also choose to stay in Tent City. Please visit www.tentcityhire.com.au for information and pricing. It is located a little further away from the other accessible area but is still in a convenient location.

ALL extension leads need to be tested and tagged
All Caravans/RVs/Motorhomes need to have a current electrical safety certificate
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result in no electrical supply to your camp.
When you arrive at The Planting for the first time, proceed through gate 1 Drive-Thru to receive your wristband in exchange for your e-ticket. If you have registered with us for accessible camping prior to The Planting then, you will be able to camp in the Accessible Camping area within the Camping grounds. Follow the signs or ask our friendly traffic attendants to guide you to the Accessible Camp area. You will be allocated a campsite at check-in and given a directional map to find your way there. Please ensure your Accessible Vehicle Pass is displayed whilst on-site.
