Hire Cost

Members: $250 (excludes courts)
Non Members: $500 (excludes courts)
Corporate Events, Weddings: $750 (includes courts)
Club Affiliations: $100 (excludes courts)

A bond of $500 is payable at the time of booking. An optional cleaning deduction of $150 from the bond is available.

All above prices are subject to change depending on individual requirements.

Capacity
Up to 150 people, standing room in main area and balcony. Capacity above this maybe available, please discuss when contacted.

Bar
Loton Park Tennis Club (Inc) bar staff will be provided. Your chosen bar tab amount must be paid at time of booking.

Kitchen
All kitchen facilities will be available for each hire. This includes the below:
Oven, pie warmer, urn, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 trestle tables, 12 chairs, outside BBQ and kitchen utensils.

Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are also available for hire, at an additional cost.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Your co-operation in complying with the following CONDITIONS OF HIRE would be appreciated:
• The person hiring the Clubhouse must be an adult (18 years or older)
• Payment in full is due at time of booking. In the event of late cancellations, within 7 days of the event, half the hire cost will be refunded.
•Strictly no alcohol is to be brought onto the
premises. Loton Park Tennis Club (Inc.) has a Club Restricted License and a bar person with Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate must operate the bar for your function. Loton will provide the required staff.
• The person hiring the Clubhouse is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged fixtures/fittings.
• Guests must not walk on the courts or place tables and chairs on the courts without prior permission or unless appropriate footwear is worn.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the Clubhouse and the balcony. There is a designated smoking area at the bbq end of the Clubhouse, at the base of the stairs.
• Decorations are not to be affixed to the walls or ceilings and must be removed at the end of your function.

• There are no cash payments, all transactions must be via Card Only
• The premises are to be left clean and tidy.
All rubbish and bottles/cans to be placed in the bins provided.

Mon – Thurs 5pm - 10pm.
Fri 5pm - 12am.
Sat 2pm - 12am.
Sun 2pm - 10pm.

I understand that this hiring is subject to the above CONDITIONS OF HIRE of the Loton Park Tennis Club (Inc.). I hereby hold the Loton Park Tennis Club (Inc.) and its members indemnified against all claims which may be made against them for damages or otherwise in respect of loss, damage, death or injury caused by or in the course of or arising out of the hiring of the venue, during all periods when such venue is on hire to me as a hirer
