You will lose your deposit if;
-You do not show up for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment begins. If you'd like to reschedule after cancelling within less than a days notice, another deposit must be sent
-You show up more than 45 minutes late
-You show up to the appointment with any COVID-related symptoms
If you need to reschedule your appointment, try to let me know at least 24 hours in advance and I can keep your deposit on hold.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours because of COVID-related reasons, your deposit will be honoured and transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
No call, no shows will not be rescheduled.
