1. Membership to the BAF is open to anyone 16 and over who believes in our mission and Guiding Principles regardless of "race," religion, political preference, or sexual identity.

2. All members must complete a minimum of 5 hours of community service. Members who cannot perform community service due to medical reasons are exempt.
