General Rules: Please be aware that if you have submitted this OPT OUT request for the Lease Term Flexible Payment Plan from the 27th to the 3rd of the Month, you will incur a $10 Cancellation Fee.

If you Opt-Out on the 4th Day of the Current Month, this Opt-Out request will take affect the following month.

Reinstatement Fee: If you decide to re-enroll in the Lease Term Flexible Payment Agreement after submitting a OPT-OUT Cancellation Request, you will be subject to a $125.00 Reinstatement Fee.

The amount stated on the Lease Term Flexible Payment Agreement does NOT replace any of the contracted terms of the Residential Lease Contract.
