Do you understand that completion of this survey does not guarantee you a puppy? All applicants will be screened by Castleglen Cavaliers and families will be chosen based on the most suitable applicants.

All of our companion pet puppies are sold on CKC Limited Registration and will have spay/neuter contracts. A dog with limited registration may still compete in all CKC events with the exception of Conformation.
